To help reduce the spread of COVID-19 and ensure you are safe during your appointment, we have adopted the following changes:

• Consultations and testing by appointment only

• Wearing a fitted face mask is mandatory during your visit

• We observe a 4 square metre per person ratio

• During lockdown periods, all routine consultations will be performed via Telehealth 

• Hand sanitiser is available upon entry

• All face to face consultations are conducted in rooms with a dedicated HEPA filter air purifier or your safety

• If arriving by car, please remain in your car until your appointment time
